A survey conducted by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine found that more than three-fourths of users considered trackers beneficial, with nearly 70% making behavioral adjustments after reviewing their sleep data. Ultimately, the key to effective smart technology lies in its ability to help alter your habits rather than just increase energy consumption.
